At ÔRVA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following terms apply:

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in its original condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or use will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or washed items
  • damaged items where the damage occurred after delivery
  • gift cards
  • custom-made or personalized items
  • final sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase

How to start a return

Please contact us first at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • your name
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, including size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • return shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or item, the original item must be returned and a new order must be placed separately, subject to stock availability.

Wrong or defective items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution.
