These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the ÔRVA webshop.

Orders

When you place an order on the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order is considered confirmed once you have received the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if the order cannot be completed for another reason.

Prices

All prices are shown in Danish kroner, DKK. Any delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries to Denmark, import duties, VAT, customs fees or handling fees may apply. These costs are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping price shown on the webshop.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Any additional payment methods will be shown at checkout.

The payment is reserved when the order is placed, but the amount will only be charged when the order is shipped. For local pickup, the amount will only be charged when the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery and shipping

We deliver to Greenland and Denmark.

Orders are shipped using the delivery methods available at checkout. Delivery may take place by air or sea depending on the destination, selected delivery method and practical circumstances.

The normal order processing time is 1–3 business days after the order has been received.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Greenland: approx. 3–14 business days
  • Denmark: approx. 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, transport delays, customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Maniitsoq.

Orders for local pickup are typically ready within 24 hours after order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup details will be provided when your order is ready for pickup.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping on the webshop.

The withdrawal period runs from the day you, or a person chosen by you, receive the product. If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the period runs from the day you receive the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at:

Please include your name, order number and which products you wish to return.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in substantially the same condition as when you received them.

You may try on the product in the same way you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, you may lose all or part of the purchase amount.

We only accept returned products that are unused, unwashed, free from odour, undamaged and with any original tags or labels intact.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us.

Please include your name, order number and which products you wish to return.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by e-mail.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when withdrawing from a purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend that returns are sent with tracking. You are responsible for the product until it has been received by us.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or packages sent to a parcel shop without prior agreement.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned product and checked its condition, we will refund the purchase amount for the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided documentation that the product has been returned.

Warranty claims

You have a 2-year warranty claim right in accordance with applicable purchase law.

The warranty claim right applies to defects that were present at the time of delivery, or where the cause of the defect was present at the time of delivery.

Please include your name, order number, a description of the defect and preferably photos of the product.

You must submit your claim within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A claim submitted within 2 months after discovering the defect will normally be considered timely.

If the claim is justified, we will, depending on the situation, offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

The warranty claim right does not cover ordinary wear and tear, incorrect use, incorrect washing, damage caused by the customer or circumstances that occurred after delivery.

We will try to find a solution.

If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the relevant consumer complaints authority. In Greenland, complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Complaints Board through Atuisoq / The Consumer and Competition Authority.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Greenlandic law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide the customer with better rights.
