We currently ship to Greenland and Denmark.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During launches, limited releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping times
Delivery times depend on destination, shipping method, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
For orders shipped to Greenland and Denmark:
- Greenland - Air shipping: usually 3–14 business days
- Denmark - Air Shipping: usually 7–14 business days
- Sea shipping: delivery times vary and will be confirmed separately
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available in Maniitsoq.
If local pickup is selected at checkout, pickup details will be provided after order confirmation. Please wait for confirmation before collecting your order.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address details, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties and import charges
Orders shipped to Denmark may be subject to import VAT, handling fees, customs duties, or similar charges upon arrival.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.
